Copper 122 coil tube (deoxidized high phosphorus copper, DHP) is designed for excellent formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance in piping and tubing applications. The addition of phosphorus improves resistance to hydrogen embrittlement while maintaining good thermal conductivity, making it ideal for refrigeration, HVAC systems, and fluid transfer lines. Supplied in coil form, this tubing allows easy bending and installation with minimal joints. Its mechanical properties are similar to 110 copper, but with enhanced fabrication and joining characteristics.
Applications: Refrigeration lines, HVAC systems, plumbing, heat exchangers, fluid piping.
