Copper Rectangle Bar 101

Copper 101 rectangle bar (oxygen free high conductivity copper, OFHC) is a commercially pure copper alloy containing a minimum of 99.99% copper with no oxygen content. This composition delivers exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity along with resistance to hydrogen embrittlement at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for critical electrical and high performance applications. Compared to standard ETP copper grades like 110, 101 provides higher purity and reliability in demanding environments. It is easily formed, soldered, brazed, and welded, and performs well in both hot and cold working processes.
