Copper 101 square bar (oxygen free high conductivity copper, OFHC) is a commercially pure copper alloy containing a minimum of 99.99% copper with no oxygen content, delivering exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity. The absence of oxygen provides resistance to hydrogen embrittlement at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for critical electrical and high performance applications. Compared to standard copper grades like 110, 101 offers higher purity and stability in demanding environments. Supplied in H02 (half hard) temper, it provides improved strength and dimensional stability while maintaining excellent workability for forming, machining, soldering, brazing, and welding operations.
