FLURAN
Fluran F-5500-A Product Guide
Applications | Mechanical Data
Overview
Fluran® F-5500-A is made from fluorocarbon-based synthetic rubber with wide chemical resistance. Fluran F-5500-A is developed specifically for use in severe environments where other tubings fail. Fluran won't permanently crack and age from exposure to the ozone, sun, or weather. F-5500-A is also known for its excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, oils, fuels, solvents and most mineral acids. Fluran F-5500-A is typically used in solvent recovery systems, dry cleaning fluid lines, chemical processing, and peristaltic pumping of concentrated acids. Fluran® is a trademark of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics.
